Matsana was born from a revelation.
During a trip to Kagoshima, Japan, we discovered matcha in a different light: not as a trend, but as a genuine ritual, rooted in daily life.
We took the time to learn, to meet farmers, to understand the product at its source, and most importantly, to experience this different way of consuming: slower, more conscious.
Upon returning, it was clear: we wanted to bring this back to Lyon, then to France.
Not just a product, but a way to take a break, slow down, and refocus.
